The Beginning

Usha Textiles was founded in Krishna Market, Chandni Chowk by Mr. N.C. Jain, along with his sons, with initially only a bundle of 100 meter cloth. The business started with printed fancy unstitched suits, with a clear intention — to build something of their own and create a unique identity in the market.

2000

Early Struggle

The initial years were the most challenging, as the family was new to the ladies’ suit industry.

Despite limited experience, they focused on improving designs beyond what was commonly available

2002

Building Identity

The brand began establishing itself by moving away from regular designs and introducing distinctive styling and detailing

2003

Design Evolution

Inspired by evolving fashion trends, the business introduced Parsi work, threadwork, and manual embroidery techniques.

This marked a turning point, as Usha Textiles began gaining recognition and consistent market demand

2004

Major Breakthrough

  •  Entered the readymade suits segment
  •  Shifted operations to Katra Neel, Gali Ghanteshwar, Chandni Chowk
  •  Expanded into styles like gharara, sharara, farshi salwar, balloon salwar, catering to evolving customer tastes

Along with many industry awards, recognitions and fame

In 2019 we were awarded Top 25 B2B Women Wear Expo by IPF EXPO, wherein Yami Gautam and several other models walked the ramp wearing our designs.

Usha Textiles has grown into a well-established name in the industry:

  •  1000+ fresh designs per season
  •  100+ fabric types & near about 200 colour shades
  •  Supplying to major textile hubs like Surat, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata
  •  Contributed lakhs of in-house designs to the industry
